我覺得年糕是一種特別有年代感的一種美味,年糕是用糯米做的,其實有一些地區不一樣,製作方法也是不一樣的。
我覺得東北的年糕很特別,因為 東北年糕是蒸出來的,而且鍋有多高,年糕就可以真的多高,真的特別的奇特。
想必大家在外地旅遊的時候,應該都可以看到有些打年糕的商家,年糕可是要經過千錘萬打,最後才會變成我們口中的美味,一般這種用錘子打出來的年糕切成小塊之後蘸一些白糖,再加一些黃豆粉,就特別讓人上癮的一種味道,年糕本身是沒有味道的,咱們呢只能根據自己的口味去加一些輔助味道。
