第1個很好理解，就是我們通常說的進出口貿易，goods的話，能源、礦產、材料、成品都算，services的話比如出國旅遊時購買國外航空的機票，預定酒店等等。第2個income有兩種，一種是在本國工作的外國人將工資轉鉛罩歲去外國或是在外國工作槐睜的本國人把工資轉回來；另一種是跨國的投資收到的回報，轉入國內或從國內轉出。第三個transfer其實就是普通的現金或現匯流動了，涉及政府的資金轉入或轉出，或是個人的資金轉入轉出。

Financial Account指的則是國內流出國外的投資或是國外流入國內的投資。比如我買了一支國外的股票，這筆錢就算是financial account裡面的流出資金，但是，如果我這支股票賺錢了，那麼這筆悶沖收入在轉回國內的時候是記錄在current account的income下面的。

The Sales Executive's mission is to primarily promote the hotel and where possible, hotels belonging to the chain in his/her area/region. 一直都有美國投資移民會有排期的說法，那麼美國投資移民會有排期，美國移民排期到底是什麼?有哪些移民類別有排期，配額又是怎麼分配的呢?
一. 什麼是配額排期飢塌表(Visa Bulletin)?
美國國務院每個月都會公布最新的配額排期表。最新的配額排期表列出下個月各類移民的配額情況(本文開頭的圖表即是目前美國國務院官方網站給出的2015年1月簽證排期表)，以供移民官、移民律師以及移民申請人和受益人了解某一移民類別是否有配額。
這個排期表在官方網站上就能找到，很多時候變化都不太大，大家一起往前蹭，但是有時候也會出現例外的情況。比如2013年8月的時候，eb3大幅前進到2010年7月1日，eb2依然是2008年8月。eb3在移民類類別是第三類，而eb2是第二類，更受優待，一般會更早拿到綠卡，所以很多人即使剛開始被公司按照eb3來辦綠卡，也會想辦法轉成二類，經過多年積累，eb3申請人數太少，結果反而拿綠卡比更高級的eb2更快，時間上提前了兩年多。據移民局公布的數據統計，當時中國人有5,784人在eb2隊伍里等著，只有460人在eb3隊伍里等著。於是很多國人趕快跑到EB3的隊伍里去排隊，筆者聽說這批轉得快的，已經有人拿到綠卡的了。所以讀懂排期表很重要。

二. 為什麼需要國務院的配額排期表?
移民法對親屬移民(Family-based Immigration)和職業移民(Employment-based Immigration)配額做出了具體的規定。公民的配偶、未成年未婚子女(21歲以下)和父母移民是沒有配額限制，而其它類別的親屬移民每年的配額不超過五十萬。職業移民配額每年不超過十四萬。
移民法還規定配發各國每年的親屬或職業移民配額數不得超過總配額的7%。這樣一來，一些移民大國(如中國、印度、墨西哥、菲律賓)的配額排期變得十分漫長。
根據移民法，如果五類職業移民簽證可用配額超過了申請的數量，那麼上述「7%」的規定便不再適用。這樣，在申請只是是因為各國配額限制問題而未決(pending)時，還能夠充分使用配額。
配額排期表顯示職業移民和親屬移民的配額肢肢弊情況，並且會列舉出哪些國家的簽證名額超過了配額數量(oversubscribed)，那麼此國移民簽證申請需要等待配額。
三. 「Current」表示什麼?
若某類移民現有名額(Current)，即海外領事館可立即發簽證或受益人可在美國境內調整身份，表裡相應處以「C」表示;若某類移民沒有名額(Unavailable)，表裡相應處以「U」表示;若某類移民已超用配額(Oversubscribed)，配額排期表裡相應的地方會標明一個截止日期(cut-off date)，如15 APR 94(1994年4月15日)。若申請人的優先日期(Priority Date)在這個日期之前，則可開始安排海外領事館面談或申請調整身歷族份;若申請人的優先日期在這個日期之後，則須繼續等待配額。
四. 優先日期是什麼?
優先日期是指移民局收到親屬移民申請(I-130);職業移民申請(I-140)或勞工證(PERM)的日期，即申請獲准後，移民局發出I-797批註通知上的「PRIORITY DATE」一欄里的日期。不要以為配額表裡的截止日期每個月都一定會前進，因為這個日期是否前進是由移民局在一段時間內收到某個類別申請數量決定的。如果移民局在一段時間內收到某個類別申請數量過多，那麼這個日期可能只是小幅前進(如一兩周)、不變(與上個月相同)甚或倒退。反之，則是有可能大幅前進(幾個月到十幾個月不等)。

五. 配額排期表中各類移民分別指的是哪些人?
1. 親屬移民
親屬移民分為近親親屬(Immediate Relatives)和優先親屬(Preference Relative)兩大類別。
近親親屬又細分為五個小類別，分別是：
IR-1：美國公民的配偶
IR-2：美國公民的21歲以下未婚子女(包括親生、繼子女)
IR-3：美國公民海外領養的孤兒
IR-4：美國公民境內領養的孤兒
IR-5：美國公民的父母
以上移民類別沒有配額限制，移民局批准後，可直接進行海外海外領事館面談或在美國境內調整身份。
近親親屬亦細分為五個小類別，分別是：
第一優先(F-1)：美國公民21歲以上的未婚子女
第二優先A類(F-2A)：美國永久居民的配偶或21歲以下未婚子女
第二優先B類(F-2B)：美國永久居民的21歲以上未婚子女
第三優先(F-3)：美國公民的已婚子女
第四優先(F-4)：美國公民的兄弟姐妹

這些移民種類有配額的限制，移民局批准後，須等到配額排到後方能進行海外海外領事館面談或在美國境內調整身份。然而由於第一、第四和第五優先的申請數量通常很少，所以在配額排期表上都通常都顯示現在有名額「C」。比如在本文頂部的2015年1月排期表中，第五類投資移民對中國公民來說目前顯示的就是有名額，而第二類高學歷專業人才對中國公民的排期剛剛到2010年3月。

以旅遊為目的來 菲律賓 的 中國 公民，可能獲准免簽證入境停留不超過7天，需具備以下條件：

1. Either a valid and current AMERICAN, JAPANESE, AUSTRALIAN, CANADIAN OR SCHENGEN Visa;
