Please note that all importers are required to registered first with customs thru CAS (customs accreditation secretariat)， prior to shipments arrival. Shipments will incur big delay, penalty & shall not be allowed processing of documents at customs if they Send out their shipments without this accreditation.

2 - Coins - require clearance from Central Bank of the Philippines, Dept of Foreign Affairs and Department of Finance.
货币进口需要菲律宾中央银行外事部的许可
3 - Wood - require clearance from the Department of Energy and National Resources and Bureau of Plant and Instry.
木头进口需要在国家资源和能源部和工业和植物局的许可下才能进口
4 - Drugs, for personal consumption require doctor's prescription. Drugs, commercial in quantity - require Bureau of Food and Drugs clearance.

进门之后左拐，走到最里面，能看到一个厂房，门口有几张办公桌，你把你的EMS号给他们，让他们帮你查就好了，一般扣你的东西，大部分原因是要交税，你跟他们谈谈价格，给点钱就好了

㈤ 现在在菲律宾马尼拉机场的海关很严格吗

哈哈，说到菲律宾的海关就只能说是个贪污大国，过海关的话，H1N1倒比较没有那么严，只是过海关的话，有些海关人员看你是中国人就会要开你行李要钱的，有时候可以跟他打哈哈混过，有时候就没有那么幸运了，所以要准备点钱喽。

去联系了，估计也很难拿出来，已经被海关拿回家自己用了，邮寄去菲律宾的被扣和被拿走是很正常的事情
